La Fabbrica della Pasta is one of the last 12 pasta makers left in the Gragnano region. Its the first pasta factory in the world to obtain IGP (Protected Geographical Origin) certification for its pasta. This region is known for its micro climate that is ideal for growing wheat. The pasta is dried outside in fresh mountain air and extruded with bronze dyes. The result is a better tasting pasta product. They are also one of the first pasta factories to make gluten free pasta using bronze dyes.
